.Dangly earrings.

It's been just over a year since I got my ears pierced and I have finally graduated to the world of dangly earrings!  I was a bit scared to wear them at first, they felt strange and tugged at my ear lobes and I was worried Tommy would pull at them and hurt me!

Last weekend, when I was at the Inspire Handmade Market (which was awesome, by the way - I hope they hold another one soon!) I started to do a quick walk around all of the  other stalls toward the end of the night.  I didn't get far when I was stopped by some funky, handmade sterling silver jewellery and decided that it was time for me to invest in some danglies.  Lindsey makes the most stunning handcrafted sterling silver jewellery - you can see some of her work at her Etsy store, here.  I settled for a pair of oval flat hammered earrings - I love the distressed, hammered look...gives them great personality.  I'm also loving these stacking rings - aren't they lovely?

A few weeks ago I entered a competition on Facebook and lucky me won a pair of earrings from Spotted Giraffe!  Cool, huh?  I love the fun, burst of colour to brighten up a plain outfit.  Thanks Spotted Giraffe!!
