We SO used to do this!! My kids think it is hilarious. I tell them as long as they are clean...then it is ok!

This is pretty common in our house! Lil rocks the undies on the head look well!
My sisters and I would put panties on our head and long stockings on our arms and pretend we were doctors. It worked great with pigtails!
