We are so blessed to have her in our lives after much waiting and many false alarms! She was born on Friday 3rd August at 10:12am. Weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 49cm long. My labour was quite good - very short which was nice! I was having contractions at home for about 2 hours before leaving for the hospital. By the time we arrived at the hospital Lil was born 2 1/2 hours later. We were expecting to be hanging around all day waiting for it to happen, but thankfully that was not the case!I have had a lovely rest in hospital for the last 4 days, and came home this morning. It is nice to be home, but tiring, so will catch up on the blogging with more info in the next few days! Some photos of Lil being weighed, and with her proud and happy Mum and Dad...

Hope you are getting as much rest as you can, now that you are home. It is busy with two but you will be so much more relaxed second time around - you can enjoy it a lot more this time.
