It's time to share some love at Make It Perfect today - I've got a FREEBIE pattern for you :)
30-MINUTE SKIRT
This skirt is my absolute favourite at the moment...stretchy, comfortable, versatile and it only takes 30 MINUTES to make - that's from the time you cut the fabric 'till you've sewn up the hem. Brilliant!
And to make things even easier for you, I've written the pattern in loads of detail with step-by-step photographs and lots of information about sewing with knits. It's available over at my website as a free PDF download.
I hope you have lots of fun sewing 30-Minute Skirts! Please pop by and share your creations in my Flickr group or send me an email - I love to see your work :)

The pink one is my FAV!!! Looks fantastic on you! Think I'm going to try black to see if I can pull off this shape. I'm working with a lot downstairs ;)
One more thing :) looked over the pattern a few times and didn't see where you determine how much elastic to use? And what size elastic. Thanks so much, can't wait to try this skirt. Just need to get a ball point needle.
thank you so much! I have been wanting (and a bit nervous) to try knits.

Cute Toni! I spotted the stripes in one of your posts about knitting and wondered if it was something new you'd made yourself! Very cool :)
thank you for the pattern, Toni. Looks like a good project once the kids go back to school! smiles. Alannah
That's a handsome skirt. It looks rather vintage with the sweater and flats - I can picture Doris Day wearing it in a comedy!
Omg, it took me hours to make this! maybe next time, now i've finished will be the 30 minute skirt! However on a pisitive note, it turned out great, and only cost me about $7, so plan on making a couple more! Thanks foe the pattern :-)

Great skirts, that's what I was looking for - easy and gorgeous!
I want to make this skirt but I'm in the US and we don't have A4 paper, our standard 8.5x11 inches is slightly different and I'm afraid the pattern will come out wrong if I tell Adobe to shrink it to fit...any suggestions?
Thank you so much for your skirt pattern I just made it. Love your skinny skirt :)
you are awesome and a genius and THANK YOU SO MUCH XD
This may sound silly, but I'm new to sewing. How much fabric in yards do I need to make this?
