Ironing Board Cover

An ironing board cover has been on my list of things to buy for many months now...I have been looking and looking, but am determined to have one that I really like and can only find festy, yucky covers that would make me not want to iron ever! So I decided that making my own cover really couldn't be that difficult - and it wasn't! WAY cheaper than buying a brand new one too! I bought a new felt pad for under the cover and basically took off my old cover, cut the new one to the same size, overlocked around the edge, threaded some string through the overlocking, sat it on the ironing board, pulled the threads tight and hey presto! Here it is...
