Monday Night Ice Cream

Another tradition which has started in our family is our Monday night ice cream. We used to have Friday night ice cream, but there always seemed to have something on, so we changed it to Monday night after Family Home Evening. Oscar is a great lover of ice cream and asks me for it constantly so it is a relief when Monday finally rolls around and I can actually say yes!

Jaron decided to introduce sprinkles this week...they were a hit! Once Osc had licked off the sprinkles, he would ask for more! Not sure if it was a good idea or not, the humble vanilla ice cream just isn't going to be good enough anymore!

Its nice to have little traditions that will mean a lot to our children as they grow.
