I got this great dip recipe from Simone...and she thinks she can't cook...
Bacon and Corn Dip
125g cream cheese, softened
300ml sour cream
2 Tbs chopped parsley
3 Tbs chopped chives
1/2 cup corn relish
3 rashers bacon, diced and fried (or more if you like)
dash tobasco sauce
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
