.tights delight.

Yesterday I went to the shops to buy Lil a new pair of tights. Her current pair were plain white and newborn size - yes, she is 11 months in a few days...they just kept stretching!!

I went in with the "stick with the white, they go with everything" mindset, but when I saw these ones, they had my name written all over them...
So, needless to say, they were purchased...along with a plain white pair for good measure!
Then when the kids were in bed last night, I had an urge for a quick sew and decided I could whip up a little skirt to match for her to wear to church today.
It was a breeze to make...I joined 6" squares together to make the front and back of the skirt, hemmed it and sewed an elastic waistband at the top.
Cute girl, cute tights, cute skirt!
