Anzacs
1 cup plain flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
125g butter
2 Tbs golden syrup
1 tsp bicarb
1 Tbs hot water
Combine flour, rolled oats, coconut and sugar in a large bowl.
Melt butter and golden syrup in saucepan over low heat.
Combine bicarb and hot water in a small bowl.
Add bicarb mixture to melted butter mixture.
Stir melted butter mixture into flour mixture.
Roll into balls and place on baking tray, flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake in 160 degree Celsius oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
