A yummy recipe for a good, old-fashioned beef casserole...
Slowcooker Beef and Vegie Casserole
500g gravy beef, cubed
frozen peas
carrots, peeled and cubed
potatoes, peeled and cubed
onion, peeled and cubed
garlic
mixed herbs
1/4-1/2 cup gravy powder
1 tin crushed tomatoes
1/4-1/2 cup water
Place all ingredients in slowcooker, stir. Cover and cook for 6-7 hours.
