.Things I'm Crushing: new knitting projects.

Lately I've been trying to decide on some new knitting projects to get ready for the colder weather and being stuck on the couch once the baby is born...so much great inspiration out there to choose from. I think I've narrowed my choices down to a couple of projects but wanted to share some of the beauties that have caught my eye. I'm sure many of them are way out of my skill level, but I'll get there eventually!

I'd love to hear about your favourite knitting patterns/yarns...hit me with them!

You can find these pics and more lovely knits on my Knit and Crochet Pinterest Board.

How about crochet?
I've only just listed this versatile tunic last week!

Also - LOVE the yellow socks (first pic) and all the chevron-y patterns :D

I'm totally in love with the Madigan cowl-neck jumper but I'm not sure I'd attempt it with a newborn in tow!

How about a Milo vest? I've always really enjoyed knitting these - they are a great project to knit and would be perfect for your winter baby to wear too!

I'm also knitting a Hitchhiker scarf/shawl at the moment and really enjoying the "no think" knitting - great for on the bus, but might be equally good during that newborn haze!!

Good luck deciding - I'm loving all your knitting/crochet pins!!

The slippers from French Press knits (through etsy) look really cool. I've finally bought the pattern, haven't made it yet, but it looks quite straight forward, and I am not a very experienced knitter.

Also the Knitpicks supersoft hoodie (for babies / children through ravelry) is easy and cute.

I do love myself a good cardigan! Ask Linda about the top one I'm sure she was doing one for her girls at some point! They're all beautiful patterns!

I love patterns from Pickles (pickles.no), they have really nice and easy patterns.
I've knitted several different patterns, and my girl loves them.
