Raspberry and Malteaser Icecream Cake
2 litres vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 packet malteasers, crushed lightly
300g fresh or frozen raspberries
Place ice cream into a large bowl, stir through malteasers and raspberries. Work fairly quickly, do not let the ice cream melt.
When thoroughly combined, tip into a large spring-form tin which has been lined with baking paper or cling wrap.
Place in the freezer overnight to set completely.

I don't think I'd like that - too many different tastes. Maybe without malt in it.
My favourite recipe Monday to date.
Yummmmm!
Toni I'd eat that Any day!

Oh by the way what is the password to mollylicious?
My kind of cooking - easy and quick!! Maybe I'd eat the Maltezers though more than went in the cake.

oh crap... I checked... well I thought Id be ok at 1.25 am Tuesday morning!!!! Bethan and I made ice cream the other day but did yoghurt. Ruined the healthiness of it though by adding maltesers, jersey caramels, and a crunchie all choppend up!!!!
