.Regatta.

Such a beautiful day today...every January there is a Regatta at the beach by our house, it was on today so we took a walk down to it this morning to check it out. Lots of entertainment for the kids - FREE shows for them to watch, FREE crafts, drawing with chalk on the pathway and face painting, jumping castles and rides. Lots of yummy food and races going on at the beach all day long.
This is how Lil spent most of the morning...
We were so hot by the end of it so when we got home Mum came and watched the kids for an hour while Jaron and I went for a swim at the beach....oh it was so so so nice! The waves were big today (by my standard anyway!) so lots of fun to play and splash around in. LOVE IT!
