.Recipe Monday.

This is our favourite summer pasta salad...fresh, quick to throw together and very tasty!

Tomato, Bocconcini and Basil Pasta Salad
1 bag pasta
5-6 ripe tomatoes
1 bunch basil
1 tub bocconcini cheese
olive oil
salt and pepper

Cook pasta until soft.
While pasta is cooking, cut tomato into cubes, slice basil and cheese. Place in large bowl.
Add hot, drained pasta to tomatoes, basil and cheese. Toss.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Oh yum I am doing this for tea. I hope it turns out better than the bright yellow lemon tart. LOL.

Hi Toni,
Just thought I would let you know something cool. I dropped in the store that I am starting a begginers quilting class at and they had a display of your patterns and samples. Looked lovely, very eye catching!
