.Recipe Monday.

Have you been to Bakerella? Go there...you will drool. I've been making these truffles lately and they are G-O-O-D!!! Super easy and would make a great Christmas treat.

Oreo Truffles

2 x 150g packets Oreos

250g cream cheese

1 x 395g Nestle milk chocolate melts

100g Cadbury dairy milk chocolate

Blend or process the Oreos until they resemble fine crumbs.

Mix softened cream cheese into the ground Oreos.

Place mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden.

Shape 2tsp mixture into small balls. Return to the fridge to harden.

Melt chocolate together.
Using two forks, dip truffles into melted chocolate and place on baking paper lined tray to set.
Decorate if desired by drizzling melted white chocolate or topping with sprinkles, lollies, etc.
P.S. Thanks for taking the pic Lisa!

i made a similar recipe for church yesterday but it needed more than two full packets of oreos to half a tub of cream cheese. this is much better value.
